Training schemes
Young engineers are encouraged to gain professional status by becoming Incorporated or Chartered and schemes to support individuals through these procedures exist within the HFL organisation.
Training is an ongoing aspect of employment at HFL and it is a matter of course in ensuring that training is provided to ensure individuals are up to date and adequately trained within the sphere of expertise required for particular projects. We aim to develop developing and train our staff to a level that enables them to be in a position to offer optimum benefit to our clients.
We are always interested in hearing from individuals who may be interested in joining the team here at HFL, both experienced engineers and those looking to forward their career in a demanding and exciting environment. The close knit team ethos that is inherent at HFL ensures that people want to stay at HFL and ensures that there is a low turnover of staff with people progressing through the company to reach senior positions.
