Process Engineering

The Haden Freeman process engineering team is at the front end of process engineering design. In consultation with our clients, we develop front end packages for process engineering designs, taking the initial conceptual design and developing the process and detailed design package for installation. This includes the development of heat and mass balances, process descriptions and control philosophies, PFDs and P&IDs, equipment data sheets and schedules, commissioning procedures and on site commissioning.

Our experienced process engineers are trained in chairing HAZOPS, undertaking risk assessments and determining target Safety Integrity Levels (SILs). We can also provide an independent Chairman for in house process designs and to review new or existing designs that have been developed by others.
