Toyota – Effluent Treatment Plant – EPC


Toyota Motor Corporation is a Japanese multinational automotive manufacturer headquartered in Toyota City, Aichi, Japan. In 2017, Toyota’s corporate structure consisted of 364,445 employees worldwide and, as of September 2018, was the sixth-largest company in the world by revenue.


Toyota awarded Haden Freeman the FEED study for a new effluent treatment plant at its Burnaston factory. The project entailed the design and installation of equipment to divert water from one of the main waste water streams and treat to a quality which could be used for boiler feed water. The detailed design and EPCM was tendered and HFL was successful in being awarded the contract.
